Situation
Their old website-builder shop had hit its limits: several thousand products had to be maintained twice – once in the inventory system, once in the shop.
Solution
A new Shopware 6 shop with a custom theme and an interface to the existing inventory system. Products, stock levels and prices now flow across automatically.
Result
Products are maintained in one place only, and orders run through without double entry.

Situation
Production planning lived in an Excel file that had grown over years – version conflicts, formula errors and exactly one person who understood it.
