Shopware shop
Situation
Their old website-builder shop had hit its limits: roughly 3,000 products had to be maintained twice – once in the inventory system, once in the shop.
Solution
A new Shopware 6 shop with a custom theme and an interface to the existing inventory system. Products, stock levels and prices now flow across automatically.
Result
Products are maintained in one place only, orders run through without double entry – and the shop loads noticeably faster than before.
Manufacturing business from Bavaria

Situation
Production planning lived in an Excel file that had grown over years – version conflicts, formula errors and exactly one person who understood it.
Solution
We replaced it with a tailored planning tool, rolled out module by module – starting with a pilot project for the biggest pain point.

Situation

A booking app built as a focused MVP: book and reschedule appointments, automatic push reminders, lean Laravel backend.
