Decision guide
Which one fits my project?
Most enquiries do not start with a technology, they start with a situation. So the situation comes first here – and next to it you get not only what we recommend, but what we explicitly do not recommend in that case. That second part is what makes the first one useful.
„Our processes live in spreadsheets nobody can keep track of any more.“
Custom software
Go to the serviceWhy
Off-the-shelf software is weakest exactly where your workflow differs from the norm – and that difference is your edge.
What we do not recommend here
Not another standard tool on top: it does not know your exception, and you end up maintaining both.
„Our application runs, but the developer who built it is gone.“
Laravel handover
Go to the serviceWhy
Six questions decide the effort – deployment, tests, PHP version, credentials, migrations, staging. After that it can be estimated honestly.
What we do not recommend here
Do not rebuild straight away. Without assessing what is there, you often replace code that still works.
„Google simply does not find us.“
Technical SEO
Go to the serviceWhy
First check whether Google is even allowed to read the site. Indexing, load time and duplicate URLs are measurable – unlike ranking promises.
What we do not recommend here
No content or link packages while the technical side blocks you. Good content on a page that cannot be indexed changes nothing.
„We want to sell online.“
Shopware
Go to the serviceWhy
Catalogue, checkout, payment methods, tax and legal texts all come with a shop system. Building that yourself means paying twice.
What we do not recommend here
Not a website with an order form bolted on – returns and payment methods turn that into a rebuild soon enough.
„The store runs, but we maintain products twice – here and in our inventory system.“
Shopware with ERP integration
Go to the serviceWhy
An integration fixes the root cause: products, stock and prices flow automatically, and you maintain them in one place.
What we do not recommend here
Not a subscription plugin per sub-problem. Three subscriptions doing the same job cost more over five years than the integration.
„A feature is missing in the store, and the subscription for it just keeps running.“
Your own Shopware plugin
Go to the serviceWhy
From roughly €30 to €40 a month, building it yourself pays off – paid once, and the code is yours.
What we do not recommend here
No change in the Shopware core. It is lost with the next update and takes your ability to update with it.
„We need a website we can maintain ourselves afterwards.“
Web development
Go to the serviceWhy
A CMS is faster to build, cheaper to run and maintainable without a developer. The accounts and the content are yours.
What we do not recommend here
No React or headless setup. Two systems instead of one only pay off once several channels need the same content.
„We have a product idea and want to test it on the market.“
SaaS & MVP
Go to the serviceWhy
One use case, one type of user, one way to pay. What comes next is decided by paying users, not by a concept document.
What we do not recommend here
No full build before the first paying user. If the market does not confirm the idea, an MVP you stop is the cheapest outcome.
„Our customers should get an app.“
App development
Go to the serviceWhy
Worth it when the app does something the browser cannot: push, offline, camera, location.
What we do not recommend here
Not an app that essentially shows the website – Apple’s review requires functionality of its own.
„We have a Weblication CMS and nobody looks after it any more.“
Weblication care
Go to the serviceWhy
We work inside your installation, on your licence. Handover without a relaunch, as long as the content still holds up.
What we do not recommend here
No relaunch on principle. That is a project of its own and should have an editorial reason, not a technical reflex.
None of these quite fit?
Then a conversation is the fastest route. You get an honest assessment – including the one where we are not the right people for it. If you would rather browse first, the services overview puts everything side by side, and the package configurator shows what a given shape costs.
